The OfA team is composed of a dedicated group of bilingual and bicultural individuals dedicated to the growth and informed empowerment of students, parents, and families.
Each person has lived and breathed the experience of those we serve. Be it through student in-school and out-of-school time experiences, parent education, arts, and leadership workshops and classes, family activities, or teacher professional development, the OfA team uses its years of experiences in education and community work to provide a unique, idea-provoking, and customized learning adventure.

OfA is proud to work with a group of dedicated professionals from across our region's diverse educational landscape. Each of our consultants and advisors brings a minimum of 10 years of experience, and like our OfA team, all have been, or are current practitioners of their area of expertise.
Their areas of focus include the following: Visual and cultural arts, theater/drama, dance, music, media arts, arts integration, literacy, dual language and bilingual education, social studies, physical education, teacher, principal and administrator professional development, parent and family involvement, student out-of-school time programming, equity and diversity, and cross-content integration.
